THE PROCESS
The advantage of receiving coaching through The MONARCH Network is the consistent process and methodology - Assessment, Customization, Evaluation of Results - and the personalized support throughout your progress. To receive services, you are required to make a minimum 90-day commitment to the The MONARCH Network coaching process.
We will work together to customize a Coaching Solutions package that includes either a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly session schedule. All coaching sessions are provided via focused one-hour (actual session time is 45-50 minutes), high impact phone sessions. Additional tools and resources are also incorporated to support our sessions and accelerate your progress.

Structure
You engage a pattern of
responsibility and accountability in setting focused goals and priorities
personally and/or professionally. The
MONARCH Network coaches you toward your vision utilizing a consistent process
that will, in itself, become a practical strategic tool - issue exploration, identification of action plans, setting time-lines, clarification of goals, evaluation and measurement of results.
Partnership
You gain a personal trainer for your personal and professional life. Dr. Brown or your coaching consultant becomes an invaluable team member to you in achieving more than you ever imagined you could realize.
