Why Coaching?

The “self-help” movement of the 80’s and early 90’s introduced valuable information focused on enhancement of personal effectiveness and power to effect change through various targeted seminars and books.  Translating these messages into action and results, however, highlights where the challenge lies.

Research shows us that it takes approximately 90 days for a habit to stick.  Habits define the quality of our lives.  The change from old habits to new and more effective habits is achieved through a long-term approach. When done properly in a trusting relationship, coaching can and does have a tremendous impact on client’s lives.

Through the systematic and recurring contact that coaching provides, you are able to catapult beyond the simple relearning of information to internalizing the strategies for change.  Simply put, you engage a guided path to actually achieve more success than you ever thought possible.  A personal trainer for change!

"Having some kind of one-on-one coaching program will help you accelerate your success.  Coaching is what sets individuals apart from the masses."
